Lining Lift Stations

May 4, 2018

When the wind is blowing ice from Canada to the Midwest and the winter seems like it will NEVER end, it's the time when the Rehab Rebels head south for the Winter to work on Manholes and Lift Stations! These critical structures exhibit some of the worse signs of H2S corrosion and deterioration that we've ever seen. Working on a lift station is not easy logistical task either - it involves working day and night while the station is on by-pass to clean, prep, patch and line. In the pictures below, we lined a 8' diameter, 25' deep lift station using Quadex Geokrete Geopolymer liner. Client was very happy and we were very proud of our work!
